Security deposit not returned

Dear sir

i was passed out from collage in 2007 under roll no-040817044 & i have submit the no dues form to collage also. they have told me that a cheque will be sent to your address within 2 months but i have not recieved it till yet. i have gone to collage many times but the same commitment that the cheque will be sent soon. but i have not recieved it till yet.

so pls help me out.
