Refuse to pay Refund

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I Mrs. Saara H Shaikh is a student of Akbar Academy seeking traning in the field of Travel & Tourism. My course began from 15th March and paid full fees of Rs. 30, 000/- as per said by the office staff. I hardly attended my classes just for 1 week. Before taking an addmission i had already informed that i am preagnent and my be sometimes i would miss my class when i go for my check up and also told them if i join now i got to complete my course by May end b'coz i may travel abroad by 1st week of June and may come back after 3 to 5 yrs as per my husbands contrct, so they told me that they would complete the portion in 2 1/2 months. After i began my classe n when i approached the teacher to ask her about something and asked her if i would complete my course i leave the teacher replied "MAY BE I DONT KNOW" she was not aware and not informed that i got to finish my course by May ending. Last week when i went for my check up i had severe bleeding and was taking treatement from my Gynac at Goregoan so she provided me a letter and told me to take complete bed rest for 2 months as well as to avoide travelling. Due to this serious problem during my pregnancy I am unable to continue my classes and the very next day i informed the Office about it and asked for some other alternative so they told me nothing can be done now, so i told them to deduct what ever amount for the days i have attended and refund me the remaining amount. They directly said "WE DON'T GIVE REFUND" but if this was the term and condition they had to inform me when i came for an inquiry but nothig of this sort was told to me. Even when i filled the admission form there was no terms and conditions printed on it. Then how can they ever say "NO REFUND" This mean they have cheated me. My hard earned money is wasted without any education. Infact i just called them today to ask about the refund coz i have paid full fees but the office staff replied "SORRY WE CAN'T GIVE YOU REFUND B'COZ THE AMOUNT ONCE PAID GOES TO THE MAIN OFFICE" I asked them to give me the concern persons no. or address so that i can speak directly but they refused to give me. Who can ever predict if the institute will still be there after 5 yrs when i return. Anything can happen in future.

I have heard alot about you and so you are my last option that can help me in this matter I hope so u understand me and my problem and try and help me out I shall reall be very greatefull to you. Please see that you teach them a good lesson so that they don't cheat some one else like me b'coz we being from middle class always suffer.
