Fee refund

In June I applied in a college .i.e. AKS Management Excellence, Noida. Ipaid rs.35000 as a registration fee. The councelor told me that if you in any case dont want to take admission this money will be refunded. But when i asked to cancel my registration as because that college was starting its 1st Batch of MBA and it was not told earlier. These all information was given after the payment of registration money. I asked her to refund the reg.fee then she refused and said its Nonrefundable. In this case, i need to know that can i file any petition against it or not? This money would be refunded by any manner or not?
