Fees is not refund

I have admitted my daughter kms yogita rani in allen careare institute kota for the preparation of PMT . as per the prospectus fees will be refund within 45 days or maximum 30sep2010 . i have call off my daughter from the institute dated on 23 aug and send email . dated on 25 aug . about to give information of cancelation of addmission of my daughter . and also request to refund my fees as possible as . they dont gave any answer of my email . so i was personaly meet to director of institute he completly refuse about to refund fees.

allen careare institute maniculate the rule of prospectus in own profite and also not follow the rule of the prospectus . hance institute are cheating me.
