Non refund of fees

Aima was conducting an exam for MBAs named MAST which was to be held in the month of february. Due to some reasons, the exam was postponed to september. The candidates were allowed to cancel the registration and get refund of the whole amount of Rs. 1750. In communication dt 7th Feb with Mr. Vikas Malik, project manager told that the refund will be done within 3-4 weeks. Its being over 7 weeks, still the amount is not credited back to the account.

I have written another mail to Mr. Vikas on saturday (2nd Apr) but got no reply.
