Fee refund

Sir/mam, i got admission in amity lucknow campus btech through aieee rank and paid 35, 000rs and take some time to pay remaining fee but i could not manage after some time (1.5 months later) i visited amity lucknow for taking admission but they refused and also did not refund my fee back so sir please help my financial condition is very weak.
