Full fee taken in single installment & imposing fine

To UPTU,

Sir, I am student of Anand Engineering College, Agra. Sir our institute is taking

full fee in single installment before registration date & imposing penalty of 5000 Rs. on each student who is even financially unable in submitting his full fee before registration date.

Not only that 5000 Rs. penalty is being imposed without any prior notice/information.

There was no information about 5000 Rs. fine for not submitting fee before registration in the letter sent by college to our home. Perhaps now college has released a notice about 5000 Rs. fine.

Sir, I beg to you on behalf of poor students to take some serious action against the college authorities for looting students.
