Not attending repair complaint

We had signed annual maintenance contract (AMC) with Aqua Great enterprises I on 27 May for Rs.3000. My receipt number is 002417. Since the last 3 days i.e june 10, my R.O unit has been leaking

which wastes water and and also empties the R.O water tank. We have been having drinking problems due to this and have complained atleast 13 times to their service centers and also personally to the the person who came for the first time.they always tell us they will be coming in some time but no one comes.

It is getting very difficult to obtain drinking water now.

Please look into this matter and take appropriate actions.
