Aquaguard/aquaflo
Non atteding of complaint

Have purchased water purifier aquaflo on 20 oct 09. On 10 jan 10 i found that it is not working, i logged a complaint on 11 jan 10. A representative aquaguard attended complaint on 12 jan 10. the problem was not located by that rep and said that he will come next day. after that no body attended the complaint. And the complaint was reminded on 19, 21, 22, 23 & 24 jan 10. if the problem is not understood by the representative he could have changed my water purifier

Though it has only three months have passed that i have purchased this water purifier so please provide me a new water purifier (aquasure aquaflo) or RETURN MY MONEY BACK.
