Bad service

I'm a resident of trikuta nagar Jammu and I have purchased an Aquaguard compact a product of Eureka forbes in Feb 1 .The first free service of the product was due on 1st august but due to repeated reminders and several complaints no one from the respected service center is ready to visit our residence which is just few kms away from their service center, i have called them again and again but the concerned person there is only giving excuses, before the purchase of the said product i was assured that every care of the service would be taken and the concerned person would himself visit the residence before due date but no such thing has happened infact they have failed to come even when reminded, now i'm forced to go to the consumer court against the company and the concerned person, i only wish to write this mail to state the pathetic service and quality the company is providing, i'll never use any Eureka forbes product nor advise anyone.
