I have purchased an microwave oven of Onida from Vandhna dealer, sirhind on april. Your dealer i such an idiot, till now he had'nt provided us any type of demo for our appliance. You can count the duration, now its fourth month going on. Along with that he hadn't given us the utensils, which company provide with new microwave oven. We have called him near about 15-20times, he is still replying i will deliver you soon. i don't know how soon he will deliver your utensils of microwave oven. Now i am thinking that i have done a big mistake by purchasing oven from your nominated dealer. If you can help out from this matter, please help me. My contact no. is 90235-00019.
