Aquaguard - reviva ro purifer
Lack of service

This started when i purchase Aquaguard ro water purifer... during the first 6 months it was running smooth,

after which i have to call them repeatedly for service... major problem arised when my warrenty period was over... after which i have to change the filter... etc..now my m/c is kept ideal for a mont as the adopter is gone i have given about 10-15 call to same but their saying is only it will be attending this week... dont now what they mean by this week... i dont know if they dont have spare parts then whats the use of selling the prodcut... for the paast 1 month i have to get perified water from market... if any one can help me pls look into this... as these people are really discusting and dont know what their management is doing...
