Water Purifier failing again and again

The water purifier is not working completely. It is down from past 6 days. I have been placing the complaint from past 5 days and today I have placed a complaint thrice and have no received no committed response. The Eureka Forbes people are not responsive and are not committed. Drinking water in my area is not upto the standards so, I necessarily need water purifier. Since, the water purifier is not working I had to buy drinking and have spent 1200 on the water since last week. This is not an accepted way of treating customers by Eureka Forbes and would recommend all to keep this in mind and take a decision while buying a water purifier from Eureka Forbes.
