Very poor service

Mr .babu who has taken the amc for aquaguard water purifier is not responding to our calls to change the carbon.they have got the money for 2 years. they are really cheating us. very poor service in tuticorin.if this continues we'll sue u in the consumer court. i request the higher authorities to take immedte action.
