Aquaguard Water Purifier
No Refund

I have bought an aquaguard in August. Though I have returned my old aquaguard and maintainence contract, they told me that I would have to pay the full amount and the a refund of Rs 2000 would be paid back to me for the old aquaguard and maintainence contract in 2 weeks time. I have been following up with them since the beginning of September. Each time the sales contact Mr. Babu (Mobile No 9841867178) would give some excuses. Till date it has still not been settled. Please help in getting this resolved (Ph 9444383772)
