Dear SIr,

This is manikandan Here form chennai/tamilnadu/india.

the Complaint regarding the Aquaguard protect Plus water purifier.

8 Months back i have purchased the purifier machine, at the time they said that warranty will cover for one year.

last friday (3rd June) i have faced major problem in instrument that and locked a complaint in customer care.

customer care complaint number "62474895 "

continious serveral escalation today service engineer monitored the error. and he disabled the auto flush option and by-passed directly.

Hey asking separate charge to change the auto flush - auto flush problem need to take care by the company not by the customer. the Product not worked for One Year and its purely the manufacture defect not a customer defect. How the customer related to manufacture defect of chip.

Please kindly suggest me? help me out on this.
