Product not working

Agree with the issues with Eureka Forbes, they go to do everthing to sell their products but as soon as you have their product you will realize you have landed in hell, heck of a time to resolve the issue.

I have a Aquasure RO purifier elegance, which has stopped working since two months everyday had to call customer service break the head to speak to supervisor and they will simply say we will resolve the issue today evening or tommorrow, same answer everyday. I have to buy the water from outside even after spending 10000 on junk product. hell of it, If issue is not resolved shortly, will have no options but to take the issue to consumer forum.
