W220 speaker not working

I made a complaint at REDINGTON INDIA LIMITED, saraswati vihar, gurgaon for my W220 handset that was in warranty period. I was not able to hear the voice while receiving or making a call. its speaker is not working. They said that checkout after two days, but 8 days have passed and they have a simple lame excuse everyday that we are short of the required device. Finally I decided to take the set back and get it repaired somewhere else.
