I have Purchased Godrej Pentacool 420L Refrigerator on 29th June vide Memo # 057 from Ashapura Electronics situated at 18/1, S.V.Rd Poisar, Nr. Telephone Exchange, Kandivali (W), Mumbai-67, Contact Person Mr. Harish, under Second Sale. On the Delivery day only I have told him that there is NO COOLING in refrigerator, but he insisted to check it for 2-3 Days, & incase if it does not work Properly he will get it replaced. Inspite of several Complaints & repair work of Gas Refilling, Compressor Replacement, Fridge was not giving Cooling at all, which forced me to contact Company Directly, and then only i learnt that this MODEL is OLD MODEL & is being absolute by GODREJ, and was being SOLD to me by saying that its under Companies Warranty, which I explained to Company. But Company Says that as this MODEL is being Absolute & is being tampered & Modified by Dealer they cant cover Warranty. And Now Mr Harish is least concerned about my product & Staff he has in his COMPANY are so well educated that they dont even know how to talk to CLIENT when coming for Complaint call. I request if somebody can HELP in resolving my Issue...
