Dear Sir/Madam,

I have given a complaint to Asianet customer care (Cochin no : 9388800800) about the fault occured with my digital set-up box. They informed that they will rectify the fault within the next 24 hours. Unfortunately nothing happend after 36 hours!!! Then I called several times to the same no. and asked the status. They informed that they have created the ticket (AC 00005219) for the same and the Kovalam local office will take care about it and nothing more need to be done from their end.

By enquiring the Kovalam office, they said they wont recived any ticket! Then I directly approched the Asianet Head office at Technopark, 2nd floor, Leela building. One senior officer replied me that, this set-up box issue is not an individual case, it is happened for many, due to their recent software update. I asked how much time need to get it resolved??? He replied that, nobody can't able to commit a time frame for the same!...

Now you people please tell me to whom I need to approch for resolving this issue at the earliest?
