Worst Service for ASUS products

I have bought an ASUS P320 handset, which got blocked when the invalid IMEI handsets where blocked. Ok any way they have took around a month's time and replaced the main board. At that time iteself I was unhappy with the service centre guys.

Now at the time of rain, water log came happened in my mobile, which I swtched off at that time itself ..Even I knew that we should not switch on the mobile before drying the board. I went to servuice centre to dry it, they ahve simply put the battery in adn tried to switch it on, without caring my words and gave the same back to me telling nothing can be done.

The main story begind after that. I have complained on this, directly to asus, and the service centre guys called me again. Before going iteself I asked them like it should not be for simply waisting my another day.. Ok I went. Again while preparing acknowledgement for recieving the handset, they haev put the battery in adn tried to switch it on and because I resisted that they have shouted at me infront of evrybody telling they should try to switch it on so that they can write like "Set is not powering on" in acknowledgement. That means they are ruining the handset before accepting it..

The main thing is the manager of service centre made fun of me telling in all the water log cased board will be damaged and they new it as they are not like me. After checking the same they said the board is switching on but memory card slot is not working and LCD is not working, If you read this expalnation carefully you might have understood that these things happened only because the customer care guys mis-handled the handset .. Even after complaining all thse they have given me an extimate for servicing the same which comes around 14k where as a new handset costs onlu 8.5k..

So Guys I suggest you never buy any ASUS PDAs. I heard like HTC is providinh you much better service ..
