Mobile to repair under warranty

Dear Sir,

I have purchsed a mobile Nokia 1112 on dated 7.3.07 Rs. 2100.oo from M/S Satguru Telecom, Civil Lines Roorkee, Haridwar (UK). I have some problem in my set I contact to Tunni Telecom, 290/3 19 Civil Lines, Roorkee and deposit set vide sheet num 458434038/071204/47 dated 4.12.07.I have not recieved back my sent till now and they did not given any suitable reply. They said me this set will be repaird on payment basis because this set under warranty. Kindly take suitable necessary action otherwise legel action will be taken againt them.
