Phone Dead

Instrument purchase on 9-2 from Prachi Communication-Ahmedabad vide bill 41 dated 9th. Model No.2690 .On 5th May Phone got dead.

It was checked at above service centre, who kept the instrument with them for3/4 hrs and delivered back saying that it was minor software problem-again same day it was dead. On 6th again the instrument was given & got it back with same comments. It was however not operative. Since I was to travel out, the instruiment was kept in lock & key-On return I again approached the service centre-it was taken vide their Job Sheet No.647504867/1105119/30 dt 19th may. Now they say that there was some liquid and asked for charges of Rs.125.00

This was agreed but by evening they told that charges would be Rs.850.00 Please note there is no chance of any liquid going inside at my end-it has to be at service centre where instrument was fror a long period. If therew was liquid inside why they had not informed at first place.
