Not working of Keypad, Key (s)

I have purchased the NOKIA 5070 Model on 16.07.07. After two months from the purchasing of the Mobile Set I found the Key pad of the SET is not working properly. I contacted the Shop i.e., M/S Abhishek at Gole Bazar, Kharagpur from where I have purchased the SET on 29.09.07. Nearly two months have passed but still they didnot reply me anything. I am quite anxious. I am hereby giving the details of my Mobile SET - Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
