Nokia 5300
Poor service!

I had given my phone to repair on the 23rd of june to the nokia care centre that is in rajkumar road saying that I am not able to charge the phone and the keypad light is not working. The delivery date was on the 10th of july, so I waited. Then when I went, they told that it has gone to the head office i.e. koramangala, you will get it next week. Then they told that it has gone to chennai. Then I got my phone on the 21st of july, so when i checked it it was not working. Then i gave them back the phone and got another jobsheet made dated 21st july and the delivery date was on the 31st of july. When I went on the 31st of july the reason the they told was the same i.e. it is in chennai, you will get it next week. Later they told that they will replace my phone and I keep on going there they are telling that it has not yet come. It has almost been 3 months now.
