Dear sir/madam

This is MANOJ KUMAR GARG . i want to inform you that i m a credit card

holder of the HDFC bank . i receive a pamphlet of ava merchandising with my

card statement . i have booked a olympus camera and a free watch with the

camera . i have booked my camera on 15th of janauary 2010 . the company

promise me to deliver the camera within 21 days .but i haven't recieve my

camera till date . when i talk to their customer care they gives me false

information about the product .the payment of the product has also been

deducted from my bank account.

my customer id is AVA/ 10/ 0160281

and lots of complaint id given on every call

i m very much worried about my money and want a correct action
