Non delivery of Vox Mobile

I have received a slip attached to my HDFC Bank Statement about AVA Merchandising, Gurgaon. I ordereed on 6th March Vox Mobile for Rs.5990/- in six EMI. On 6.3.2010 the amount of Rs.5990/- was deducted from my credit card account. But till today 5th May I have not received the mobile but the EMI has been deducted from the monthly statement of April 5th. I request to take up the matter with the AVA Merchandising Gurgaon. I have seen that there has been lot of complaints about the above establishments registered to you. I request that HDFC Bank must not recommend this type of Establishments where innocent people are forced to buy by using the credit card. I request to take up the matter with the above establishment and also request HDFC to refund the EMI to my card No
