Amount charging from credit card without delivering product

I have placed an order for Blackberry 8830 on 17th Feb to M/s AVA Merchandising Pvt. Ltd. and as per their commitment it will be delivered to me within 21 days. Now after a month they cannot able to give even a satisfactory answer and without delivering the product they charged 1st EMI from my HDFC credit card no. 5289 4550 0045 9013 on 04.03.2010.

Everytime i call on company's helpline their executive says product will be delivered with 2-3 days. after many emails and calls i did not get my product and charged 1st EMI.

So please look in to this matter as soon as possible and help me to get my product or my money back.
