Irresponsible behaviou

I went to Nokia service centre, Mathura as I have some problem in the Handsfree of my Nokia Mobile set.

The centre Manager took my mobile set in a unprocessed way and without asking me he updated the software. When he returned back me the mobile, I was shocked as all the important data of my mobile is now being lost...& the problem in the handsfree is still the same.

Please suggest me what to do... towards this totally improfessional behaviour of Nokia service centre people.
