Nokia 6030
Power does not switch on

I had brought a Nokia handset 6030 in month of May. After using for 1-2 months I found that my handset was switch off not working, then on 26/010 I visited Nokia service center at kolhapur {maharastra} psk nokia care. My Handset was taken for repairs and they told they will give it back in a one to half month time. Next after they had been told that my handset was irreparable and we will swap your handset in 10 days time. Till Date I haven't received my handset. Every time I call the service centre they tell it will take another one week for replacement. This type of services are never expected by Nokia, I am also planning to register complaint in Consumer court regarding the services.
