AVA Merchendising
Non delivery of the ordered item

I have order a Black Benetton Wrist Watch on 25th March to AVA Merchendising for Rs. 1010 through my ICICI Bank Credit Card. But till date I have not received the material. Whenever I call up AVA, one Ms. Mansi always tell me by next week I will receive my ordered item, but unfortunately " next week" never comes. She gave me a docket no. V02671288 dated 7th August of DTDC - which I confirmed that there is no booking on that docket no. This is ridiculus. How can a company carry on their business with such fraudlent activities.
