Misguiding on the name of repai

I have breakdown in my cell. I contacted Authorised Noika Care Centre at Allahabad on 5.1.2008. It was given to under stand that the service engineer will inform you about estimate expenditure over phone. After about an hour, I was informed that an estimate of about 900 will be charged for repair but no details of repair was given to me despite my repeated request. I therefore denied to get the set repair. When I went to collect the set on 7.1. on enquiry, it has been given to understand that its IC is bad. On approaching to other outside agency, I came to know that only LCD connector is broken. It needs to be replaced. Thus, my faith on NOKIA CARE CENTRE, Opposite PEtrol pump, Allahabad has lost.

I request you please guide me suitably and arrange to get my phone set repair so that I may appreciate your action.

Also inform me the charges for replacement of body of the phone set as it is also broken at a point. I am also interested to replace the body.
