Staff are not working

Sir/Madam,

I give my mobile at nokia care center at ranchi, jharkhand, india on 8 jan due to some problem in my mobile. My mobile is in warranty period. The job sheet no. is 342343506/080108/27. EMI no. is 353228018346247. the staff at nokia care center told me that i got my mobile in 10 days . today is 21 feb &i, still not got my mobile. you can easily understand the problem in life with out mobile. i m suffering from mental trauma.i request u to do some thing on this matter.these things reduce the image of nokia.
