I bought a brand new Nokia 6265 CDMA phone, from Hotspots Retails Pvt. Ltd., Shop no 64, EDM, Ghaziabad, and within a day it stopped detecting the headset HS-31 provided with the phone. This is really bizarre that you pay such a huge amount for such poor services. I bought the phone to solve my communication needs and not for running from the retail shop to the Nokia Service Centers.
