Nokia 6270 handset
Given for repair the second time for the same problem

My NOKIA 6270 handset gets switched off at its own will and doesn't get switched on. This is a problem which I am facing for the second time within the 1 year warranty period. The first time I had given it for repair at a Nokia Care center in Bangalore*, it was repaired. But the same problem recurred again. Now I want a replacement for my handset on grounds of the logic that if it could not be repaired the first time for the same problem, then there is no guarantee that it will be repaired permanently this time even. Please help if possible.
