Nokia 6300
Phone stopped working

I purchased Nokia 6300 through my credit card from a shop named mobile store in model town. Phone had really less battery back since day one. After few days all of a sudden i realized it was off and i could not switch it on. I opened and saw that there was some discharge from d battery.

I took it to nokia care in patel nagar but they refused to repair it in warranty as they said its a case of water logging damage. Though I ma very sure that no water spilling ever happened with my new cell phone.

The scene of Nokia care patel nagar was really terrific. People were shouting and screaming and there was no mngmnt. A few had complains of their new mobile not working prply and other few were waiting in ques everyday to get their phone back which thy had given for repairing. To my surprise they even refused to repair my cell. this tragedy has shaken my faith for company like NOKIA. ab my cell nokia 6300 for which i have yet to pay entire sum of 8649 is dead and useless. I dont know where to go at this hour.

Someone please suggest me some way out.
