I Had purchased Nokia 6303i-Classic five Months back, Now its With Nokia Care (Job sheet No.110720/45) Thrice after Repeat Complaints with Network and Hearing Voice Problem, Exec. Of Nokia care Told Its The Problem with This Model, I asked to give me In written Than he said he's not authorized to do so.

I told him If this s The Problem, than Just Kept This Mobile with You……………

I had complained this to Nokia help Line with Complaint Reference No1/11753681625, Exec. had told me to visit Nokia care and replaced ur Set, he also told me, he had emailed for this to particular department, But when I visited Nokia care, Helpline Exec. Said this not There Policy... To Replaced….

Just See The Company Like Nokia Doing like this, make us Helpless, In just 5 months Period Of Using there Product.
