Non installation of split ac

I (Dr Nishant kumar) from daudpur kothi, muzaffarpur bihar has purchage a split Ac about 4month ago from pawan arcade muzaffarpur. at the time of purchage i had requested them to install the Ac after 1 month as my room was under repair. after my repair work i informed them about installation. but about 3 months have passed and several complains were lodged in the service center but it has been not installed up till now. the same is also for washing machine from the same company. the service center either dont work or they dont care for their customer. if this persists for a week more then i will be compelled to file casse in consumer forum . nishant
