Non replacement of battery by Nokia

Recently it was the news that certain bl-5c batteries of nokia need to be replaced and nokia care promised to replace it within 2 weeks. I have registered my complaint with my battery no., nokia has accepted that battery needs to be replaced. But since then a month has been passed. I still have not received the battery from nokia.

They are playing with the lifes of customers, recently a bl-5c battery exploded in kanpur and injured one boy badly. If any thing happens to us with battery nokia shall be responsible for the same.
