Nokia BL 5C Battery
No response from Nokia

As per the product advisory of Nokia to report all defective BL 5 C batteries, I logged a complaint and the site says new battery dispatched on August 28th. Till date I have not received the replacement.

I have also sent an e mail to their Ask Nokia site with the request and absolutely no response. Anyone suggest.
