Nokia Customer Care Centers are making fool of customers!

Electronics and household app.
I bought one Nokia N73 phone on Jan. 17 from Nokia’s Delhi dealer against bill with one year warranty. The IMEI number is 351851018783333. When the phone was not getting charged in May ‘07, I sent it to Nokia customer center (Brightpoint – job ID DL0388184). The customer center told the office boy that the phone is liquid damaged and the repair will be on charging basis, while the phone is still under warranty for one year till Jan./ ’08. I agreed on that also.
When I told them that the phone didn’t come in contact with any liquid, what they said was shocking that water can enter through moisture and without the owner’s knowledge. The same thing has been told by Nokia care center. The customer center returned the phone after one week saying that the phone can't be repaired. They gave this report in writing.
My first problem is on the above point:
1. The phone has to be used like a phone and it has to be strong enough to withstand the environment. You’ll appreciate that a customer who pays INR 21, 000 for a phone will take utmost care of the phone. And if the things like this happen, please advise what the customer should do.
Now the bigger problem which is total cheating by Nokia:
2. Since Nokia service center said that the phone can’t be repaired, I took it to a Non Nokia service center. I got the phone repaired from NON NOKIA center and paid only Rs. 450.00 for a 30 minute service. There was a problem in charging. The service person clearly told that there was no water in the phone. The phone is working perfectly fine.
It was clearly misguiding by Nokia's service center people. This is cheating the customer and indulging in unfair trade practice. I think Nokia is deliberately doing this to increase their sales revenue in India.
I think I should go to consumer court to file a case against Nokia India.
