Big delay in returning the cell!

I had given my mobile to the Nokia Care Center in Ulhasnagar on Thursday, 09/20. It was a software problem, i.e. my mobile (N73M) got blocked. They told me to get back on Saturday, 09/22 as they were not able to remove the block and had sent it to Lower Parel Nokia Center. They told me that they will hand over the cell to me on Saturday. After that, it is now more than a week till Friday, 09/28, but still i have not received my cell. Whenever i call them, they tell me to come on the other day. This has been going on since more than a week. Is this the way, the NOKIA company has organized the Care Centers to provide services to their customers.

Very poor service!
