Poor quality product!

I bought a Nokia 3110 classic mobile phone on 12-8. Half of the L.C.D. of the mobile turned black 50-days after i bought it. Neither the mobile had fallen from any where nor any water drop got inside. With out any reason damage had taken place. But when i went to Nokia care people there refused to replace it and demanded 2000 for it. With in 50 days the i have to pay one third of it's total price. I believe this is complete fraud by Nokia.
