I bought a mobile phone Nokia N 73 two months back in Mumbai from the shop HOTSPOT a Nokia retailer in Vashi Mumbai. After around 20 days the charger was not working. I gave back the charger to the retailer for replacement. They informed that they have sent to service center for replacement. It is almost more than forty days & they have not done anything. I have visiteted to Nokia retail shop for more than 5 times and called more than 10 times on phone but they have not replaced the same. Every time they say that it is not in stock.
What is the meaning of warranty of such a big company if they can, t replace even a charger in more than forty days. I have not found such a bad customer service by any of the company. The company is least bothered for its customer and its approach to customer service is really worst class.
This mail I have written so that if some responsible official of Nokia reads it he can think of the customer plight and introspect if this is the service for which they are there.
I shall request to the head of Nokia Customer service in India to pl. see this and if at least he /she can get replaced my non working charger, I shall thank him, at least some one in the company bothers for the custome
