Problem in messaging, Batter backup is less, Dictionery required

I had seen corby model and i saw a Dictionery in that model I was really impressed by that Dictionery so i decided to purchase a modified version Corby-Pro, No shopkeeper was ready to show the piece and its features at that time.so i purchased in a faith that it will must have a dictioney. when i opened the box i found that Corby Pro did not have Dictionery so I had gone to service centre in Indore and told them about my concerns, but they told me that they are unable to load a Dictionery.

There is a problem with sending messages and the battery get discharged in a short period.
