Ad ordour comes out from the coole

Dear sir, i have purchased kenstar air cooler model no.clcw0121 vide bill no.82 from the audeo video store, katihar in front of hdfc bank, katihar on 13/06.After three days bad ordour began to come out from the cooler, i consulted to customer care, they replied that within 72hours engineer will attend you but the said engineer came after seven days and told that it is the problem of khash which is not available now, i will replace it later on but he didnot came.then i contact with the audeo video store owner who had sold me the product, he told me that my duty is to sold the product not repairing the product so you go to the consumer forum and his behaviour was very rude.he was talking very roughly.it is very panic and disgraceful.
