Hello,
I placed an order on Univercell.in on 14th July, and the great store shows the order status as approved. I wait for 10 days and call the customer service. They say I need to contact the bank as they were unable to find the approval confirmation.
I write to the bank, they reply saying the vendor have not settled the transaction on my card. They also sent the transaction details
I forwarded this to their email ID which is on the invoice...
No response... I am still waiting.
