Time to say bye to Univercell and Nokia Mobile Set too

I would like to launch a complaint on Univercell Mobile showroom and Nokia.

I have purchased a Nokia E63 set at univercell showroom, with in a no time I have found that there a defect with that set, I have returned the set within 2 hours as I am staying far away to the showroom, I have explained the problem to the sales person there at the showroom, They accepted that as a fault set and a problem at the screen, but they asked me to wait for 2 hours as manager need to confirm and he need to approve for the replacement of “new set”. After waiting for two hours (till 8 PM) when I enquired about the status then I was informed that manager has some personal work he will not be coming back again for that day to the showroom, Sales persons/manager/employees at Univercell not worth to their salt, when they know that if the person may not available then there is no fun/point there for customer to wait for them, at least they have to inform us the clear status. Even though when they clearly know that Nokia service center will be closed on Sunday why the hell they asked us to Wait till 8.30 pm at the univercell with all the fishy things. Univercell people they always want to keep the customers at dark.

My struggle for justice continued next day, They just asked us to wait for 2 more hours to check the status, and finally after 2 long hours they send the E63 set to the Nokia showroom to check the defects. When they realize that there is a problem with the set they have to replace the set totally instead of that just offer us the new screen.

Can We really trust a mobile set where there is a defact at day one. Can we really trust the Nokia.
