BAG IT IS FRAUD.

My booking ids are:

Booking ID: 440029989 AND 440029991

Before 4 months i got call from bagit. They were calling me everyday to purchase their products with new offers like jwellary vouchers.

I have purchased some of products and pay them by my creditcard. After few days i have tried to contact them about status of order. All are disappeared now. No one is giving answers of my questions.

I wrote 100 mails to them I got always formality answer.

"We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. With reference to your mail we would like to inform you that we have already forwarded your complain to our concerned department and we are following the matter with them. We request you to kindly wait for few days. We will do the needful soon. We appreciate your patience and hope that you shall bear with us in the interim.

We value our customer and trust that you enjoy our products."

THIS IS REALLY FRAUD COMPANY. THEY ARE CHEATING WITH CUSTOMERS. THEY ARE ONLY KNOW TO MAKING CUSTOMERS.
