Non receipt of ordered items

I had placed an order on BagitToday on 26th February for blackberry phone and made the payment using my creditcard and made total payment of Rs.6218.

When I called to enquire the status of the order after 4 weeks, I am told that there is no such order in the system. But after verification of some

authentication codes, Mr. Amit Sinha confirmed me that he has received total payment of Rs.6218 by two different cards. Again I ask him to transfer the call to his senior and after make a long hold, he transferred the phone

call to Mr. Pankaj Kumar Singh who is the Senior executive in this company

as he told me. And he promised me that I will receive the blackberry phone

positively by 5-7 days.

But still after two months, I have not received the blackberry phone.
